Full accounting
Hierarchical chart of accounts, entries, general ledger and balance sheets.
The basics, done well
An accounting system rests on four pieces: the chart of accounts, entries, the ledger and balances. Spinelle includes and connects them, so an entry made in one place shows up where it belongs without copying anything.
Hierarchical chart of accounts
The chart of accounts is organized in levels, from general accounts down to detail, with codes like 1.1.01 Cash or 4.1.01 Service income. That hierarchy lets you view a total or open it down to the last movement.
From entry to balance
Entries feed the general ledger, and the ledger feeds the balances. With two currencies and the BCV rate saved on each entry, balances can be reviewed in USD and in bolivars.
