Nitente is the name of the company that builds Spinelle, Heliodore and Grenat. We make clear, honest work software for busy professionals.
Where the name comes from
Nitente comes from the Latin nitens, “shining”. It is the idea behind everything else: software that shines through clarity, not noise.
The symbol is a disc cut into vertical stripes, like light coming through a blind. Each product in the family is a different stone reflecting that same light.
What we do
We build work software for accountants, doctors and the people who support them. Today we have two products in development: Spinelle, accounting software with dual currency and files for SENIAT, and Heliodore, scheduling, patient records and payments for practices. Grenat is still an idea for customs work that we are validating.
Each product has its own site and identity. Nitente builds and stands behind them.
Who leads it
Nitente is led by Alejandro Vásquez, who designs and builds the products and answers emails personally. It started in Venezuela, from the idea of making work software that makes sense at first glance.
